The retirees meeting yesterday featured an excellent presentation from Jason Russell who talked to us on the deindustrialization in London, and the future of employment in the city. he also talked a bit about the coming US presidential election and implications for Canada. Due to the inclement weather conditions the member attendance was a bit sparse, but the meeting still went off well. We hope to have Jason back at a future date when he can address a larger group.
